It breaks my heart to say this, but Internet Business Mastery exists no more… Yes, I have moved on to other internet/online/digital marketing geniuses (a cursory look at my other posts and social media posts will show you where I spend my research time now), but IBM Academy holds a special place in my online marketing world. It was one of the beginnings (if not the start) of my foray into this amazing journey over the past years).

Why I recommend the Internet Business Mastery Academy to EVERYONE who wants to make money online!
I have taken my share of courses that promise you’ll learn how to make money online. From the old-fashioned “snake oil” tactics to tactics that may seem, at first glance, to be extremely valuable and full of promise that end up being more of the same “get rich quick” schemes that just don’t work. After months of wasted time, I found Jason & Jeremy of the Internet Business Mastery Academy and never looked back! I believe it was their Internet Business Mastery podcast that “had me at hello”*.
In no more than a few days of pondering whether or not it was worth the expense, I dove in and joined the academy. - They teach you step by step the process of deciding on an online product or service niche. They really want you to get this part right. They aren’t just hype and fluff!
- They have a special method of helping you decide why you would even WANT to sell a particular product or service by aligning you with your “single motivating purpose” – this saves you a lot of time and heartache down the road. Imagine finding out that the online business you thought was a good fit and a way to freedom from your day job turns out to be even worse.
- Once you decide on your online niche, they have a solid blueprint for choosing your domain name, creating your website, creating compelling content for your site, marketing your site, driving traffic to your site, providing the best online practices for driving the RIGHT traffic to your site, and so much more. They teach you all the technical aspects in such a way that you will have no problem setting everything up in very minimal time.
- They have mastered the organization of the site to make it incredibly easy to figure out exactly which courses you’ve completed and how much further you need to go. They give you online and downloadable PDF versions of their in-depth instructions and checklists. For me, this is one of my favorite features. They have, by far, one of the best-organized sites I’ve ever seen for online training.
- They include you in a private Facebook group where you have access to them and all the other members of the academy. There have been many times when I’ve asked for marketing advice, for opinions on websites and ideas, and even for niche validations. I have even become part of a test group to help another member with their products. Jeremy & Jason monitor this group and more often than not, contribute to the discussion in a giant way.
- Their teaching styles are casual yet professional and extremely motivational. Every step of the way, they are encouraging you to keep going, even if it takes years. Some people complete the site within as little as a couple of weeks and start making money right away, while others may take months to years because they prefer to take it slow and steady. What I really appreciate is their honesty and transparency in telling you that this is NOT a get-rich-quick scheme to make money online. It’s a process and they walk you through it in the most professional and comprehensive manner possible.
- Another aspect of their teaching style I really appreciate is the clarity with which the videos are presented. Jason does an exceptional job explaining the technical aspects in a way that you feel like you’re looking right over his shoulder. Jeremy keeps you motivated to never quit. His favorite quote is “the only way to fail is to quit!”
